1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size or item mismatch (as per order details)

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, washed, or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or discounted sale items (unless damaged or wrong item delivered)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order details and reason for return
  3. Our support team will review your request
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

📦 Return Pickup Timeline

  • Once your return request is approved, pickup is usually scheduled within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability
  • You will be informed of the pickup date via email or phone
  • In some cases where pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product

After the product is received and inspected, the refund or replacement process will begin.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after successful product inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Refund Timeline (TAT):

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval
  • Bank or payment provider processing time may vary after initiation

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible, you may choose:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Or a full refund after return verification

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank or payment account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still unresolved, contact our support team

We will assist you in tracking the refund status.


7. Return Shipping Policy

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), return shipping is free
  • For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
